Returns & exchanges
At Revive Your Rig, we take pride in delivering high-quality products that help bring your rig back to life. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied with one of our products, or receive a faulty or damaged product from us, you may request a return or exchange and we'll work promptly to resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging

the product must be faulty or damaged

you must notify us of any faults or damage within 7 days of arrival.

You are responsible for the cost of your return shipping.
We inspect and assess all returns. Any products with minor faults will be repaired or replaced, if being exchanged. If a product appears to be mishandled or damaged due to user error, a refund or exchange will not be granted.

If eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund for the product. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment as the original purchase.​
